XP Set Up

Step 1

Click on start and select Internet Explorer 

Step 2

Go to www.phoenix4training.com and select P4T people log on which is just over half way down in the left hand section of the home page

Step 3

Click on email 

Step 4

Click 'Continue to this website (not recommended).'

Step 5

Click 'Certificate Error'

Step 6

Click 'View Certificate'

Step 7

Click 'Instal Certificate'  

Step 8

Click 'next' 

Step 9

click on  'Place all certificates in the following store' (a)
click on 'Browse...' (b) 

Step 10

 select 'Trusted Root Certification Authorities' (a)
select 'OK' (b)
This will return you to the previous window (step 9) click next to go to step 11

Step 11

Click 'Finish'

Step 12

Click 'Yes' 
Now close ALL open windows and log on again to www.phoenix4training.com you can now log on to the intranet and email systems using the log on and passord that you have been given. If you are still having problems please contact mau@userfriendlyit.co.uk
