Vista and Windows 7 set up

Step 1

Click on the start icon and type 'explorer' into the search (a)
RIGHT click on 'Internet Explorer' (b) 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2

Select 'Run as Administrator'

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3

Go to www.phoenix4training.com and click on 'P4T people LOG IN' which can be found in the left section of the home page just over a half way down the page.
To get started click on 'email' this will take you to the window in step 4.

Step 4

Click 'Continue to this website (not recomended).'

Step 5

Click 'Certificate Error'

Step 6

Click 'View Certificates'

Step 7

Click 'Install Certificates'

Step 8

Click 'Next'

 

Step 9

Select 'Place all certificates in the following store' (a)
click 'browse' (b)

Step 10

Select 'Trusted Root Certificate Authorities' (a)
Click 'Ok' (b)
This will take you back to the previous window please click 'next'

Step 11

Click 'Finish'

Step 12

Click 'yes'

Congratulations you have installed all you need to use the Phoenix system. Now close ALL windows and log on again to www.phoenix4training.com and log on to the intranet and email using the passwords and user names that you have been given.
