Phoenix4Training LLP was started in 2007 by Julie Hoggins and Lorraine Houlden, who had both been involved in the Training World for many years. They came together after working for different Training Providers, and decided “we can do better!”

Lorraine comes from a Retail background, having helped set-up and run Blockbuster in the UK, and also ran her own chain of shoe shops; Julie has a banking background of over 24 years, dealing with customers and companies from all walks of life in her job as a Manager with Barclays Bank plc, moving on to become a Director of a Training Provider when she left the Bank. Both Julie and Lorraine have a passion for learning and development and have been involved in training all of their working lives.

Phoenix4Training LLP now has a growing team of Assessors, Internal Verifiers and Business Support with a wealth of experience from Aviation to Customer Service and from Retail to Training and Health and Safety. Why not contact us to see what we can do for you.
