Welcome to Phoenix4Training LLP Staff Log In Area.
Before you log on to the system for the first time you MUST download the certificates to access our systems please click on the link which relates to your operating system. Instructions are based on using Microsoft Explorer on a PC we recomend Explorer as it works best with Outlook Web Access.
By logging into our system you are agreeing to respect the data protection policy of Phoenix4Training, you understand that any abuse of the system will result in your access privileges being revoked.
All paperwork that is found on the intranet supersedes anything you have on CD form or has been emailed to you in the past. Use only the documents found on the intranet.
The calendar on the intranet is for all Assessors to let the office know of your movements and MUST be completed.
pdm Tracker (system now live)
You will need your Tracker Log On and Password. Please note you must be running Microsoft Explorer to access Tracker and you must log on to Tracker prior to visiting your Learners and at the end of the day. You must not let anyone else use your log on and if using a public or shared computer you must log out.
Please ensure that you enter all information from your assessment visit within 48 hours.
Data Protection
All data is subject to the Data Protection Act of 1998 and a learner may request to see the personal data held on their file for a fee of £10/€11 by writing to:
