OCR Level 2 NVQ in Retail Skills

These NVQs are designed to reflect the work of candidates who undertake retail activities. 

This qualification comprises units which are based on the new National Occupational Standardsdeveloped by Skillsmart Retail, the sector skills council for the retail sector.

There is direct progression to OCR Level 3 NVQ in Retail Management and into the related areas of Team Leading, Management, Administration, IT and Customer Service NVQs.

These NVQs are work-orientated qualifications and are suitable for those who undertake retail activities at work. These are open to candidates, of either gender and there are no entry barriers on grounds of race, creed or previous academic attainment or learning.

At level 2 this qualification would be suitable for anyone working in any Retail role
