OCR Level 2 in Team Leading

These NVQs are designed to reflect the skills and knowledge of people who are thinking about a career which involves management and leadership.

The aim of these qualifications is to recognise the skills and competences of candidates in the workplace.

These qualifications provide individuals with an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed for a career in management and leadership. The units encompass a broad range of competencies from the management and leadership sector. These NVQs have been designed so that evidence can be gathered in the workplace. These NVQs will allow for progression to OCR’s existing portfolio of management qualifications and will complement other vocational qualifications.

These NVQs are work-orientated qualifications and are suitable for those who undertake retail activities at work. These are open to candidates, of either gender and there are no entry barriers on grounds of race, creed or previous academic attainment or learning.

 At level 2 this qualification would be suitable for anyone working in any Team Leading role and in any Industry
