The Course:


When I started volunteering I found my Customer Service skills were one of the main parts of the job that were used regularly, but I always improve and push myself to high levels. When I met Peter and he told me about the course I felt this would help me and also my fellow colleagues. With my work background and my pre GNVQ, I could not wait to start.

The Meetings:
 

I found the meetings positive and helpful, but at times, when Phoenix and NESCOT had a mix up this would be frustrating. The course opened my eyes to a lot more information. This has helped my skills grow at work and also broaden my customer service skills. February 2010, I was offered paid work. Now, a lot more responsibilities have been put on my shoulders.
This course will certainly send me the right way and I am glad to have this certificate.
