I am a mature person and have not had the opportunity to update my qualifications and this gave me the opportunity to do so while I go about my job and without having to go to college or night classes,
I do have problems with my sight and I have difficulty with my spelling. My Assessor, Mike, knows this and has been very helpful and supportive in addressing my needs.
The NVQ has helped to improve my confidence in the workplace.
I will use the skills that I have developed and the evidence provided from my NVQ to apply and hopefully move up to the next level at Bluebell Railway.
