
All businesses have customers whether they are internal or external. The NVQ in Customer Service is suitable for almost any job role where you have customers.
We offer levels 2-4 in customer service. Level 2 is equivalent to 5 GCSE passes at A-C level and Level 3 is the equivalent to 2 A Levels.
All Assessing is undertaken in the workplace and requires minimum disruption to the work day as the Assessor will watch observe and question the candidate as she/he goes about their day to day work. The Assessor will use their knowledge and experience to identify with the candidate which units are best suited to the individual's job role.
Our people will be in your company so we will ask if you want our assessors to wear our uniform, business dress. All Assessors are provided with ID cards.
All candidates will be supplied with a personalised portfolio and will have the full support of our team of professionals.
We are able to obtain Government Funding for the majority of Qualifications so enhancing your peoples skills and motivating your work force won’t cost you a penny!
