C&G Level 3 NVQ in Aviation Operations on the Ground - Coming Soon

Aviation is a fast growing industry with new and expanded airports developing worldwide. Airline routes are growing to cope with the demand from no fills airlines serving the needs of customers. The airport is the customers' first contact with the airline they are to fly to their destination with, it is important that all staff working in the airport ensure that the customers' first impression of the organisation is outstanding.

Ground staff have a very important role in the delivery of the  customer experience before they embark on their flight, from initial check-in to embarkation on the aircraft, in terms of customer service, safety, security and the comfort of passengers and crew.

Our NVQ qualifications in Ground Operations will allow candidates to build the knowledge and skills to prove their competency in this very exciting and fast paced industry. Learners can take a general route or choose one of these

These NVQs are work-orientated qualifications and are suitable for those who undertake Aviation related activities in their work. They are open to candidates of either gender and there are no entry barriers on grounds of race, creed or previous academic attainment or learning. 
 

At level 3 this qualification would be suitable for Supervisors, Allocators, Dispatchers or Turnaround Coordinators, Operations Agents and Ticket Desk Supervisors
